Learn professional service, customer planning, air and hotel bookings, payment compliance, disruption management, and advisor growth. Complete the course and pass the 60-question examination to earn your certificate.
A clear path to professional certification
Create a separate certification profile, complete every course module, and take the protected 60-question exam. You need 80% to pass.

Register with your name and email. Agency information is optional; candidates without an agency are fully eligible.
Complete the course
Study six modules covering professional service, planning, bookings, payments, disruption, and advisor growth.
Pass the exam
Answer 60 multiple-choice questions. Automatic grading shows your score and PASS or FAIL immediately.
Wait 24 hours
Passing results are securely recorded. The professional certificate becomes available after the required waiting period.
